The Glute Method

The Glute Method is a focused 60 minute strength class designed to build stronger, more powerful glutes while learning and gaining confidence in a your workouts.

 

Using a combination of resistance training, activation work, functional strength exercises and stretches, this boutique style group class targets the muscles that support posture, performance and every day movement.

 

With a maximum of 6 participants for a 4 week series, this small group setting allows for 1-on-1 coaching, proper form guidance and a supportive environment where you can safely challenge yourself and see real gains over time.
